Exchanges – Incorrect Size Ordered

If you accidentally order the incorrect size mat for your van, we’re happy to exchange it for the correct size, provided the replacement mat is the same price and stock is available.

To arrange an exchange, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing
    fun@tidyturfmats.com

  2. In the subject line, please write:
    EXCHANGE – (Your Order Number)

  3. We will ask you to return the incorrect mat to us. The mat must:

    • Be unused

    • Have all original tags attached

    • Be in its original packaging

    You will also be required to include a self-addressed, prepaid parcel satchel (supplied and paid for by you) so we can send the correct mat back to you.

  4. Once we receive your returned mat, we will dispatch the correct mat on the same business day using the prepaid satchel provided.
    Please ensure the satchel is large enough to fit the replacement mat.


Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it

  • Unused

  • With all tags attached

  • In its original packaging

You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and arrange a suitable solution in line with Australian Consumer Law.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Special order items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before returning it.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
